Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joel Gaona took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Rouco to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Deivid Passos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. The Best Ones's Juarês Fantini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save The Best Ones from getting a goal against them. After 17 minutes, Sebastião Chaves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Best Ones and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 17 played minutes The Best Ones got a freekick which was hit by Sebastião Chaves. 28 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Luizão Passos came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Facundo Cadaval got free with Juarês Fantini in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Juarês Fantini quite easily take care of the ball. Luca Rouco kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Alexandre Tande ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Juarês Fantini made a huge save. After 41 minutes The Best Ones's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. A well done corner resulted in Alberto Tafalla drilling the ball in to score 1-2 behind The Best Ones's goalkeeper. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Deivid Passos to strike the kick off in the second half. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Tande in the 52nd minute of play. In the 57th minute Alexandre Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Alberto Tafalla hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juarês Fantini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Luizão Passos sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juarês Fantini. The Best Ones's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Juarês Fantini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 73rd minute of play. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 74th minute. After 74 played minutes The Best Ones got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Quintal. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juarês Fantini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Best Ones made a substitution. Washington Coelho replaced Vicente Quintal. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after The Best Ones's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Juarês Fantini despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the The Best Ones defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juarês Fantini. The The Best Ones fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juarês Fantini should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 4-2 when Lautaro Mancebo sped through The Best Ones's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Juarês Fantini. Juarês Fantini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 91st minute of play. Facundo Cadaval struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Juarês Fantini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mexico had won after a very even match.
