Andrzej Cetnar helped the player get up and apologised. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Żaby Żnin's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Eugenio Nesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Żaby Żnin's Piotr Gmoch got a free kick in the 20th minute. Daniel Zorita was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Żaby Żnin's Eugenio Nesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugenio Nesto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 31 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Żaby Żnin's Eugenio Nesto. Eugenio Nesto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrzej Cetnar in the 35th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Krzysztof Ronaldinho could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Julio Vera however easily saved by the left post. In the 37th minute, Żaby Żnin's Krzysztof Ronaldinho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Vera. Julio Vera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 42nd minute of play forced Żaby Żnin's goalkeeper Eugenio Nesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eugenio Nesto quite easily take care of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Krzysztof Ronaldinho made a kick off. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrzej Cetnar in the 56th minute of play. With a little luck, Żaby Żnin's Eugenio Nesto got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 61 played minutes Żaby Żnin got a freekick which was hit by Teofil Koczara. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eugenio Nesto. That made the score 1-3 in the 63 minute of play. When Luis Andino came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Andino couldn't finish the play. In the 67th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Żaby Żnin's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Eugenio Nesto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cristian Sanchos short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Eugenio Nesto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Eugenio Nesto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Zorita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 77 minute of play. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Żaby Żnin's Eugenio Nesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 81st minute of play. Żaby Żnin made a substitution. Marcin Wielgopolski replaced Ulryk Olchawa. Eugenio Nesto made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Gilbert Jaks blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Eugenio Nesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Żaby Żnin's Alfred Czerwinski was substituted for Krzysztof Ronaldinho. Ecuador played a much better game than Żaby Żnin and deserved their victory. The Żaby Żnin players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
