After having played for 23 minutes, Lorenz Klaßen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 30th minute of the match, Qi Fei got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonathan Ferrant was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lorenz Klaßen got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qi Fei in the 42nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Qi Fei did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant 42 minutes into the match. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Karl Bergkvist scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 4-1.

Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Beppe Natalucci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The corner ended in Dries Berendt almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. Beppe Natalucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 72nd minute Qi Fei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beppe Natalucci having to interfere. AZ Sidion Gravina's Elia Ciarrocchi was substituted for Natal Teruel. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emiliano Rosa's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. When Elia Ciarrocchi fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AZ Sidion Gravina's protests and gave Elia Ciarrocchi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to AZ Sidion Gravina getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Elia Ciarrocchi hit a great ball. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after AZ Sidion Gravina's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Jonathan Venegas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Beppe Natalucci quite easily take care of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emiliano Rosa's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. AZ Sidion Gravina walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
