Jan Motyl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Tafalla went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Jan Motyl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 27th minute of the match. Jan Motyl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gaona's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. In the 45th minute, Lorenzo Cazalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute John Dahlqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Mitus took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Mitus in the 91st minute of the match. Jan Motyl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gaona's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Joel Gaona sped through Black Hołdunów's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jan Motyl.
