Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Kaj Ekegren made the kick off and thus started the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Kaj Ekegren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Vilhelm Lidman hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vilhelm Lidman got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vilhelm Lidman took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Vilhelm Lidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kenneth Kihlman kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Springfält took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 35th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Helge Gustafsson in the 39th minute of the match. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilhelm Lidman, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 59th minute Helge Gustafsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Helge Gustafsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilhelm Lidman in the 67th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Sarmiento got free with Adrian Springfält in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isidoro Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Adrian Springfält tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SJÖARED's Isak Qvarnström was substituted for Vilhelm Lidman. Gunnar Hellström hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isak Qvarnström, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isak Qvarnström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urban Rudberg in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind. In the 84th minute, Abraham Alguacil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, SJÖARED's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Adrian Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Isak Qvarnström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 97 played minutes SJÖARED got a freekick which was hit by Gunnar Hellström. SJÖARED's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
