An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 19th minute of play forced AC Farsaebarca's goalkeeper Harold Hjelton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harold Hjelton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 26th minute of the match. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of AC Farsaebarca's Harold Hjelton. Harold Hjelton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute Piet Lewandowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, AC Farsaebarca's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Harold Hjelton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harold Hjelton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Luis Andino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harold Hjelton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Piet Lewandowski in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 42nd minute of play forced AC Farsaebarca's goalkeeper Harold Hjelton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piet Lewandowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 50th minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 52 minutes into the match, AC Farsaebarca's goalkeeper Harold Hjelton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Felix Montenegro hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Primitivo Andino hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piet Lewandowski in the 64th minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piet Lewandowski in the 65th minute of the match. If Nichlas Glastrup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Harold Hjelton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to AC Farsaebarca getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Amancio Goizeder hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harold Hjelton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 77 played minutes AC Farsaebarca got a freekick which was hit by Piet Lewandowski. Faiz Zuelle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Arias hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. AC Farsaebarca's Nichlas Glastrup couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ecuador. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorius Mouning, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nichlas Glastrup in the 90th minute of play. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nichlas Glastrup's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute.
