An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Almqvist in the 40th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Monty Rogers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hans-Joachim Amerhauser. Forza Heppenbach's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Monty Rogers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Forza Heppenbach's Kristen Van Den Eijnde sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The wind increased when Karl-Michael Almqvist made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Forza Heppenbach defense, Cassius Byrne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hans-Joachim Amerhauser. The Forza Heppenbach fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hans-Joachim Amerhauser should have stopped the shot. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Michael Almqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. After a rather tough play, USA's Zach Harrison got a free kick in the 84th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Forza Heppenbach's goal looked a bit too open when Khalid Parry came free, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute Khalid Parry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. USA fully deserved thier win.
