Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kyle Davies made the kick off which started today's match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stanley Wallace got free with Agustin Fertus in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cosme Atarrabi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Curacao's Stanley Wallace pulled a muscle in his back after 8 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 10 played minutes Mugueta got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Justin. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fidel Tab in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. Agustin Fertus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyle Davies in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Cox to maneuver through the defense. Fidel Tab blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Barrett having to make a save. In the 31st minute Fidel Tab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Romo, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Kyle Davies struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Agustin Fertus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curacao. 42 minutes into the match, Mugueta's goalkeeper Agustin Fertus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peter Black. Hector Weather's late challenge caught a Curacao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hector Weather helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Mugueta getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Hector Weather hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Fidel Tab kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fidel Tab to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Mugueta's Raimundo Justin got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fidel Tab's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Anselmo Romo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Anselmo Romo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Mugueta's Fidel Tab in 57 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Bruno Barrett guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The referee felt a red card was in order, 62 minutes into the game, when Aurelio Ibon put in a rough tackle. After 63 played minutes Mugueta got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Ibon. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Davies in the 64th minute of play forced Mugueta's goalkeeper Agustin Fertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 66 in the game by Raimundo Justin from a close distance when the talented Bruno Barrett managed to make a qualified save. Curacao's players were relieved. If Raimundo Justin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Justin in the 69th minute of the match. Agustin Fertus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rocco Owen in the 70th minute of play. After having played for 71 minutes, Hector Weather managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mugueta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Weather was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cosme Atarrabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raimundo Justin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Raimundo Justin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raimundo Justin struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mugueta. The Curacao fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mugueta were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
