In the 15th minute Nazeer Mhlathe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celil Sahir made in the 24th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Isak Karnerud however managed to control. Jens-Ola Boström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 27th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Alberto Tafalla sped through Jordan F1 91-05's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jens-Ola Boström. The supporters of Mexico booed when Jordan F1 91-05 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Hodyl didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 played minutes Jordan F1 91-05 got a freekick which was hit by Rune Brolin. 42 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jens-Ola Boström. Jordan F1 91-05's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Mancebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guo Gang Yan made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guo Gang Yan in the 52nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jordan F1 91-05's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Boström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 55th minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jens-Ola Boström was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 58th minute Nazeer Mhlathe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Jordan F1 91-05's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Ola Boström came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Macos Graciani made in the 65th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Jordan F1 91-05's Nazeer Mhlathe. Jens-Ola Boström was a little too slow when Luca Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 0-3. 74 minutes into the game, Wiktor Hodyl was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jordan F1 91-05's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. Jordan F1 91-05's Matthias Colin was substituted for Ulrik Winström. Jordan F1 91-05's Mathias-Alexander Kaisersberger was substituted for Isak Karnerud. In the 75th match minute, Jordan F1 91-05 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiktor Hodyl to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute, Gustaf Lindkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Jordan F1 91-05 booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Jordan F1 91-05's Szczepan Szablewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunnar Nilsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Szczepan Szablewski came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens-Ola Boström made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Jordan F1 91-05.
