Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dudu Meira made the kick off and thus started the match. 6 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandrinho Hoffmann. Luca Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Guilherme Peixoto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjamim Dante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. When Dudu Meira came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Estrela Solitária fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dudu Meira couldn't finish the play. After 19 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benjamim Dante was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chicão Amorim hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Estrela Solitária's Benjamim Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Estrela Solitária's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Benjamim Dante quite easily take care of the ball. Estrela Solitária's Benjamim Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 30th minute of play. After 37 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benjamim Dante was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd minute, Sandrinho Hoffmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Sandrinho Hoffmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Estrela Solitária made a substitution. Gerd Müller replaced Sandrinho Hoffmann. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Estrela Solitária's goalkeeper Benjamim Dante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. In the 61st minute, Estrela Solitária's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alberto Tafalla fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Benjamim Dante however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Benjamim Dante in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 69th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Benjamim Dante stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gaona's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Estrela Solitária's Gerd Müller got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Lautaro Mancebo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Benjamim Dante, passed just outside the right post. Mexico played a much better game than Estrela Solitária and deserved their victory. The Estrela Solitária players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
