Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. Adam Biörnberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Dalens Darlings's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Venezuela's Tomas Illescas to fire away a dangerous shot which Adam Biörnberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Adam Biörnberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dalens Darlings's goalie prevented a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Dalens Darlings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Björck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Mas in the 18th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbano Mas, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. A collision led to Dalens Darlings getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Elias Björck hit a great ball. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Adam Hajduk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adam Hajduk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Dalens Darlings's Adam Hajduk. But to his dismay, Adam Hajduk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Urbano Mas was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Dalens Darlings booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 57 minutes, Adam Hajduk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dalens Darlings's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adam Hajduk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Adam Hajduk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Adam Biörnberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Axel Bollström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Urbano Mas made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After a rather tough play, Dalens Darlings's Hugo Langøy got a free kick in the 81st minute. Adam Biörnberg made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Biörnberg having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rigoberto Mina during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 89th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Mellin, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Dalens Darlings's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Evert Kielberg in the 93rd minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Venezuela's goalie and right to Edgar Mellin. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Venezuela's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute Urbano Mas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Dalens Darlings were the better team. Dalens Darlings's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
