Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Sustrai in the 4th minute of the match. Jorge Loyola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. A collision led to Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Flávio da Silva hit a great ball. Cassius Byrne might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorge Loyola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cassius Byrne ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 12th minute, Cipriano Sustrai left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 19th minute. Bazar Alegria E.C. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hulk Zaracho in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jorge Loyola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Monty Rogers's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Sustrai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Monty Rogers managed to get in a good position for a shot. USA's supporters rose to their feet, but Monty Rogers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Loyola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Sustrai, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Bazar Alegria E.C. After a defensive mix-up in Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's zone, Monty Rogers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! The referee gave USA a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cassius Byrne, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Jorge Loyola. 1-1. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ made a substitution. Lucio Sharkin replaced Augusto De Filippo. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Téo Toledo sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd minute of the match, Hulk Zaracho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marco Day saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 78 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Hulk Zaracho came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Hulk Zaracho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA made a substitution. After 83 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Marco Baker. 90 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Téo Toledo. 92 minutes into the match, Bazar Alegria E.C. The audience was convinced that Sam Campbell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Loyola was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. Chants of Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as USA had held the ball for most of the match.
