The Paraguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of TeReFerere booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Covarrubias didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute Boguslaw Piglowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paraguay's Ivan Prats quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Hector Covarrubias hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boguslaw Piglowski in the 48th minute of play.

A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Hector Covarrubias hit a great ball. In the 54th match minute, TeReFerere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Pisarcik to maneuver through the defense. After 58 minutes, Tanek Chuchro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TeReFerere and the Paraguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tanek Chuchro hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Franciszek Marud made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 61st minute of play. After 61 played minutes TeReFerere got a freekick which was hit by Pankracy Podowski. Primitivo Escribano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Franciszek Marud. TeReFerere's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hector Covarrubias struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Franciszek Marud didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paraguay. With a little luck, Paraguay's Jacobo Nores got control of the ball when Boguslaw Piglowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pankracy Podowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. In the 75th minute, TeReFerere's Boguslaw Piglowski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After 82 played minutes TeReFerere got a freekick which was hit by Pankracy Podowski. If Jaime Pardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primitivo Escribano hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Boguslaw Piglowski, 95 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 96 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Alan Campos. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
