Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nedko Tzokev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Juan Rubio got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 8 minutes Costa Rica's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ernst Rolf who took care of the corner kick. In the 9th match minute, Plan B was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Weldon Myrick to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nedko Tzokev, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After 13 minutes of play, Plan B's Nedko Tzokev made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bennvar Nikkinen took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Eliseo Noboa hit a great ball. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nedko Tzokev, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nedko Tzokev went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nedko Tzokev in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Nedko Tzokev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. The Costa Rica players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Plan B were winning 0-5.

Aaron Alcocer hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Ismael Negri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 62 minutes, Ernst Rolf managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plan B's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernst Rolf was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Axel Tasis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nedko Tzokev in the 80th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Bennvar Nikkinen came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Nedko Tzokev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Nedko Tzokev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Nedko Tzokev came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nedko Tzokev in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st match minute, Plan B was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Stipe to maneuver through the defense. When Eliseo Noboa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played. In the 97th minute, Eliseo Noboa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Plan B played a much better game than Costa Rica and deserved their victory. The Costa Rica players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
