Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Michel Batistuta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Michel Batistuta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. In the 35thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but STAL ST WOLA's Roman Matai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roman Matai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in STAL ST WOLA's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Matai came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Daniel Zorita put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Roman Matai. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Michel Batistuta to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of STAL ST WOLA's Roman Matai. Roman Matai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zygmunt Bielejewski struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for STAL ST WOLA. STAL ST WOLA's Mikolaj Lech was substituted for Zygmunt Bielejewski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 90th minute of play forced STAL ST WOLA's goalkeeper Roman Matai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ecuador's Cristian Sancho, in the 90th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 93rd minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. In the 96th minute Mikolaj Lech shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than STAL ST WOLA throughout the match.
