Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Andreas Sandell got the match started through his kick off. Hampus Gallberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 8th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mansfield Town FC's Tor Olofsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Thiago Pliego. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. 12 minutes into the game, Andreas Sandell lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Thiago Pliego. After 23 played minutes Mansfield Town FC got a freekick which was hit by Karl Hedvall. The crowd rose to their feet as Andreas Sandell kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thiago Pliego. That made the score 4-0 in the 25 minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hampus Gallberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. If Guillermo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Mansfield Town FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Hampus Gallberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andreas Sandell got free with Thiago Pliego in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 37 minutes of play, Mansfield Town FC's Tor Olofsson made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th minute, Joe Cole hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Andreas Sandell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 46 minutes, Andreas Sandell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mansfield Town FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andreas Sandell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Lacasa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Mansfield Town FC fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Mansfield Town FC's Andreas Sandell looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Sandell in the 55th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andreas Sandell in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. Mariano Lacasa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hampus Gallberg having to interfere. Guillermo Fontirroig's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hampus Gallberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. 83 minutes into the match, Mansfield Town FC's goalkeeper Hampus Gallberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hampus Gallberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Mansfield Town FC's Michael Gudmundsson was substituted for Andreas Sandell. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Gudmundsson in the 91st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alan Tamayo during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alan Tamayo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Mansfield Town FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Chile for a fine match.
