Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Laurgain Ruiz started the match with the kick off. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of MAZER SAF booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 10 in the game by Laurgain Ruiz from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dudu Berger in the 12th minute of the match. After 14 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Evaristo Castro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurgain Ruiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adriano Carneiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Dudu Berger reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 1-0. Laurgain Ruiz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 33rd minute. MAZER SAF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Evaristo Castro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as MAZER SAF's Laurgain Ruiz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-0 after 40 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Adriano Carneiro made a huge save. Adriano Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of MAZER SAF booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurgain Ruiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by MAZER SAF's Dudu Berger. But to his dismay, Dudu Berger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Adriano Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurgain Ruiz in the 71st minute of play. Dudu Berger's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dudu Berger helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Venezuela booed when MAZER SAF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dudu Berger didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dudu Berger in the 74th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Evaristo Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Magno Maranhense kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. MAZER SAF's Adriano Carneiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save MAZER SAF from getting a goal against them. In the 84th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. Amadeu Senna thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Adriano Carneiro, a very annoying self made goal in the 84th minute which led to 3-1. In the 88th minute, Evaristo Castro made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Laurgain Ruiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MAZER SAF.
