Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Güner Özguven made the kick off which started today's match. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Mehmet Çağrı Açıker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. In the 7thth minute of the game Joel Gaona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ATAKUM FK's Mehmet Çağrı Açıker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Çağrı Açıker having to interfere. 13 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mehmet Çağrı Açıker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Armando Calisto hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in ATAKUM FK's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Çağrı Açıker came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 26th minute of play forced ATAKUM FK's goalkeeper Mehmet Çağrı Açıker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sungur Paşa's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuzalp Namal in the 38th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 minutes, Seyfi Canalp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ATAKUM FK and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 41st match minute, ATAKUM FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Seyfi Canalp to maneuver through the defense. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Oğuzalp Namal sent off a good shot on target. Mehmet Çağrı Açıker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 45th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 47th minute of play forced ATAKUM FK's goalkeeper Mehmet Çağrı Açıker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

ATAKUM FK's Cemalettin Türkoğlu was substituted for Oğuzalp Namal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. Mehmet Çağrı Açıker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 52nd minute of play. 52 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Mehmet Çağrı Açıker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, ATAKUM FK's Arif Ozan Afşaroğlu got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mehmet Çağrı Açıker saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sungur Paşa in the 65th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo had several of the ATAKUM FK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 66 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Mehmet Çağrı Açıker as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval got a free kick in the 69th minute. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Mehmet Çağrı Açıker made a huge save. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güner Özguven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sungur Paşa in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Facundo Cadaval hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, ATAKUM FK's goalkeeper Mehmet Çağrı Açıker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tafalla. ATAKUM FK's Mehmet Çağrı Açıker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save ATAKUM FK from getting a goal against them. 88 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mehmet Çağrı Açıker. Lautaro Mancebo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. In the 94th match minute, ATAKUM FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hikmet Tükelay to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Mehmet Çağrı Açıker in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Mexico players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
