Milagros Cabal's late challenge caught a Boom Shaka Laka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Milagros Cabal helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milagros Cabal to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute of the game Oscar Wikander made a throw-in which Aurelio Pedroso played forward. Boom Shaka Laka's Rune Nykvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 15th minute of play. 吕志磊 kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Tomas Lundin sent off a good shot on target. 19 minutes into the game, Boom Shaka Laka's Elliott Drake nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Oscar Wikander, made in the 28th minute of the game. 32 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elliott Drake. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Honduras booed when Boom Shaka Laka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elliott Drake didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elliott Drake, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 39thth minute of the game Elliott Drake who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Boom Shaka Laka were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Honduras's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 吕志磊 took the corner. Rune Nykvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 45 played minutes Boom Shaka Laka got a freekick which was hit by 吕志磊. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Elliott Drake recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oscar Wikander made in the 56th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Aurelio Pedroso immediately put the ball in play. When Elliott Drake came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Boom Shaka Laka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elliott Drake couldn't finish the play. Oscar Wikander made in the 59th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Aurelio Pedroso immediately put the ball in play. 61 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Boom Shaka Laka's Rune Nykvist. Rune Nykvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When 吕志磊 fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boom Shaka Laka's protests and gave 吕志磊 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th match minute, Boom Shaka Laka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 吕志磊 to maneuver through the defense. When Christian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Sebastian Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. A throw-in in the 75th minute of the game was made by Oscar Wikander with Aurelio Pedroso as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliott Drake in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Milagros Cabal hit a great ball. If Tomas Lundin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honduras's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Boom Shaka Laka had won, even though Honduras had held more of the ball.
