Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Felix Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 4 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Valdemar Olsson, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armin Nestares in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Valdemar Olsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armin Nestares in the 11th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Armin Nestares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. 24 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Armin Nestares came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sigge Fürst received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemar Olsson having to interfere. Libra's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mauricio Portillo in the 43rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Mauricio Portillo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 45 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Armin Nestares came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Portillo in the 48th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Libra's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ecuador's Cristian Sancho to fire away a dangerous shot which Valdemar Olsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Valdemar Olsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Libra's Armin Nestares fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Badaz Bonk took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armin Nestares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Libra's Mauricio Portillo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cristian Sancho scored 2-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valdemar Olsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Armin Nestares came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Valdemar Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Libra's Mauricio Portillo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sigge Fürst in the 85th minute. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Libra's Badaz Bonk fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Valdemar Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 88th minute of play. Ove Ahlgren kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Ove Ahlgren charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ove Ahlgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th minute, Ove Ahlgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Libra for a fine match.
