A collision led to Chimpanserna FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Kurt Almkvist hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romon Oliver helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romon Oliver to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Finlay Stair made a kick off. Chimpanserna FC's Rune Utfal was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 53rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Hellström in the 57th minute of play. Demonde Jacobson didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 60th minute, which inside left pole to 1-5. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglas Jakobsson in the 66th minute of play. If Gunnar Hellström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Douglas Jakobsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Demonde Jacobson made a huge save. 88 minutes into the game, Javan Develder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jamaica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chimpanserna FC the free kick.
