When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dark Drinkers Sanok's goalie prevented a goal. Józef Wandzik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Dark Drinkers Sanok's Benet Amorebieta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Benet Amorebieta came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Józef Wandzik quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Felix Montes put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Józef Wandzik. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benet Amorebieta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benet Amorebieta might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benet Amorebieta ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute Benet Amorebieta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benet Amorebieta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Benet Amorebieta came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Dark Drinkers Sanok fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benet Amorebieta couldn't finish the play. Benet Amorebieta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benet Amorebieta in the 41st minute of play. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great ball. Julio Vera acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 45th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nando Campidelis. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 52nd minute, Benet Amorebieta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dark Drinkers Sanok fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 56 minutes in the game Camilo Gisbert did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Cristian Sancho. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benet Amorebieta in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Benet Amorebieta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benet Amorebieta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. With a little luck, Dark Drinkers Sanok's Józef Wandzik got control of the ball when Agustín Saelices tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Dark Drinkers Sanok booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Nando Campidelis came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Ryszard Szewczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Alfred Odachowski hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. When Dark Drinkers Sanok's Benet Amorebieta in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee showed Matty Cash the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Dark Drinkers Sanok's Matty Cash got a free kick in the 87th minute. Dark Drinkers Sanok's Benet Amorebieta got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
