Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Bacardi FC's Roni Coryn started the match with a crisp pass. Ecuador's players were relieved. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bob Leerbels was slow to take the kick. During this time Bacardi FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 19th minute Roni Coryn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roni Coryn took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Charlie Vercalsteren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Leo Dauwen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute of the match. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Bacardi FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The supporters of Bacardi FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Bob Leerbels from long distance, 32 minutes into the match, got Julio Vera's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Bob Leerbels tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 38th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Dauwen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Bacardi FC's Bob Leerbels got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roni Coryn, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Cristian Sancho scored 1-1 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leo Dauwen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The Bacardi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, Bacardi FC could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
