An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Baraquiel in the 3rd minute of play forced A.A. Cachila's goalkeeper Gustavo Hartz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, A.A. Cachila's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Baraquiel came free, but Gustavo Hartz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Jairo Baraquiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Hartz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustavo Hartz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Thomas in the 23rd minute of the match. Jairo Baraquiel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Hartz having to interfere. In the 29th minute Jairo Baraquiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Hartz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Terri Moco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lawrence Lawless having to make a save. Jairo Baraquiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A.A. Cachila's Gustavo Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Thomas in the 39th minute of play. A.A. Cachila's Seymour Skinner was substituted for Roberto Lapurdi. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Descamisados CF's Lawrence Lawless played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terri Moco in the 63rd minute of play. Gustavo Hartz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Baraquiel in the 68th minute. Descamisados CF's Adrian Txartiko was substituted for Primeiro Imperiale. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.A. Cachila's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adrian Txartiko was slow to take the kick. During this time Descamisados CF's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Adrian Txartiko got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gustavo Hartz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Higinio Brun hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Gustavo Hartz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Răica in the 73rd minute of play. A.A. Cachila's Gustavo Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Txartiko in the 77th minute of play. Lawrence Lawless made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Lizardi in the 95th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Descamisados CF's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Astudillo came free, but Lawrence Lawless reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Descamisados CF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than A.A. Cachila.
