Charles Booth got a throw-in 16 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Justino Arixo. Nilmar Brasil made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Man Tas sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute, Man Tas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nilmar Brasil was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. With a little luck, Clapham Rovers's Nilmar Brasil got control of the ball when Man Tas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Man Tas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Nilmar Brasil made a huge save. Clapham Rovers's Nilmar Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogumil Spychalski in the 28th minute of play. Nilmar Brasil made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Man Tas sent off a good shot on target. Nilmar Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henning Martinsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Man Tas scored 2-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nilmar Brasil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 47 minutes into the match, Clapham Rovers's goalkeeper Nilmar Brasil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Man Tas.

Nilmar Brasil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 57 minutes into the match, Alex Herrero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nilmar Brasil. Clapham Rovers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Herrero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 60th minute Alex Herrero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilmar Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Charles Booth in the 61st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sarmiento de Resistencia's Grady Beckman. 69 minutes into the match, Alex Herrero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nilmar Brasil. Clapham Rovers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Herrero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Herrero in the 72nd minute of play forced Clapham Rovers's goalkeeper Nilmar Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Sarmiento de Resistencia getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Leopoldo Ixidor hit a great ball. The supporters of Clapham Rovers booed when Sarmiento de Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Ixidor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute Keiran Jenkins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Elizardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sarmiento de Resistencia reached it. Nilmar Brasil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alex Herrero's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. 84 minutes into the game, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Henning Martinsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nilmar Brasil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Sarmiento de Resistencia made a substitution. Francis Sarmiento replaced Henning Martinsson. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Zinon Kazakopoulos pulled a muscle in his leg after 88 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Keiran Jenkins during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th minute, Keiran Jenkins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nilmar Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Peruxu in the 92nd minute of the match. Nilmar Brasil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alonzo Peruxu went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Clapham Rovers's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
