Socanelas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Racing Club the free kick. Fabiano Moreira hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Edvaldo Tande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İskender Baki Sabi in the 11th minute of play. Edvaldo Tande stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İskender Baki Sabi's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Fernandinho Rivera was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After having played for 18 minutes, Fernandinho Rivera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernandinho Rivera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Socanelas FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Tanek Dziechciowski hit a great ball. İskender Baki Sabi took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edvaldo Tande. Edvaldo Tande dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. İskender Baki Sabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by İskender Baki Sabi in the 25th minute of play forced Socanelas FC's goalkeeper Edvaldo Tande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvaldo Tande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İskender Baki Sabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Socanelas FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joaquin Uxio was slow to take the kick. During this time Racing Club's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Racing Club's corner Joaquin Uxio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Edvaldo Tande quite easily take care of the ball. After 33 minutes, İskender Baki Sabi made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Socanelas FC's Edvaldo Tande tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd minute İskender Baki Sabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvaldo Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Socanelas FC's Fabiano Moreira got his second yellow card of the match in the 46th minute. The referee ordered Fabiano Moreira off the ground. The supporters of Racing Club booed when Socanelas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabiano Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when İskender Baki Sabi made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes in the game, İskender Baki Sabi dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers İskender Baki Sabi in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvaldo Tande saved Socanelas FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that İskender Baki Sabi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edvaldo Tande was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 66th minute İskender Baki Sabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvaldo Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Racing Club's Fermin Hibai was substituted for Maksymilian Walaszkiewicz. Racing Club's George Orwel was substituted for İskender Baki Sabi. Eustacio Gonsalvo made in the 69th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Socanelas FC's Sílvio Luís Penha. The corner led Racing Club's Joaquin Uxio to fire away a dangerous shot which Edvaldo Tande despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 79 minutes of play, Racing Club's George Orwel made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edvaldo Tande was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edvaldo Tande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Orwel in the 83rd minute of the match. Eustacio Gonsalvo got a throw-in 85 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Xamo Melic. Socanelas FC's Edvaldo Tande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Orwel in the 86th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Socanelas FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Racing Club a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by George Orwel, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Socanelas FC's Edvaldo Tande. 5-0. George Orwel might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edvaldo Tande. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. George Orwel ran back to his position shaking his head. 94 minutes into the match, Socanelas FC's goal looked a bit too open when George Orwel came free, but Edvaldo Tande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Racing Club's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
