The audience was convinced that Abdelbassir Cestarolli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jailson Teles was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Reynaldo Cestarolli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex Sági in the 30th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Walmyr Salles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, AVAÍ F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Innocenzio Corales to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Sági in the 54th minute of play forced Cestarolli FC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Cestarolli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reynaldo Cestarolli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Alegría, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reynaldo Cestarolli prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
