Rene Vereijt came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Sails Stitinum's Andrzej Zuraw. But to his dismay, Andrzej Zuraw quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Rene Vereijt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrzej Zuraw, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sails Stitinum's Jaroslaw Zjawin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Westelinx in the 17th minute of play. Rene Vereijt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrzej Zuraw in the 27th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Hamza Yavaş kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jaroslaw Zjawin. That made the score 1-1 in the 37 minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, FC Ouagadougou National's William Westelinx nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jaroslaw Zjawin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 45th minute William Westelinx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Zjawin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Urbano Vimaro was the one to do the kick off. Jaroslaw Zjawin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Westelinx in the 52nd minute of the match. Rene Vereijt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrzej Zuraw, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rene Vereijt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikolaj Chwalkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaroslaw Zjawin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abdulla Baia went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Jaroslaw Zjawin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulla Baia in the 83rd minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sails Stitinum players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Ouagadougou National.
