In the 2nd minute, Sammy Doumenc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jean-Louis Ouaddou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Hermínio Penha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beek City's Arian Beqaj proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Beek City from getting a goal against them. 6 minutes into the match, Beek City's goalkeeper Arian Beqaj had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonatan Aspvik. Sammy Doumenc got a throw-in 8 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Duda Terra. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Les diables noirs's goalkeeper Hermínio Penha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 15 minutes of play, Beek City's Jean-Louis Ouaddou made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hermínio Penha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jean-Louis Ouaddou might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hermínio Penha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jean-Louis Ouaddou ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-Louis Ouaddou in the 17th minute of play forced Les diables noirs's goalkeeper Hermínio Penha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Ashe Swain recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arian Beqaj. Ashe Swain showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. When Vehdi Dokuzer fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Les diables noirs's protests and gave Vehdi Dokuzer a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Les diables noirs getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Vehdi Dokuzer hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-Louis Ouaddou in the 28th minute of play forced Les diables noirs's goalkeeper Hermínio Penha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Beek City were awarded a corner. Dre Toeback went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Fabio Di Maio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Les diables noirs's Hermínio Penha did a great save. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Les diables noirs's goalkeeper Hermínio Penha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Beek City's Jean-Louis Ouaddou got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jean-Louis Ouaddou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 37th minute Jean-Louis Ouaddou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermínio Penha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arian Beqaj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ashe Swain in the 42nd minute. After 47 played minutes Les diables noirs got a freekick which was hit by Sammy Doumenc. 48 minutes into the match, Les diables noirs's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Louis Ouaddou came free, but Hermínio Penha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Steve Gabrielli to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Les diables noirs got a freekick which was hit by Ashe Swain. Arian Beqaj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duda Terra in the 59th minute of the match. After 60 minutes, Rueben Rashleigh mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beek City and the Les diables noirs players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Les diables noirs booed when Beek City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rueben Rashleigh didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Beek City's goal looked a bit too open when Duda Terra came free, but Arian Beqaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johnny Bator hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Les diables noirs's Hermínio Penha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Louis Ouaddou in the 68th minute of play. Arian Beqaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duda Terra in the 69th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Beek City's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Aspvik came free, but Arian Beqaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jean-Louis Ouaddou blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hermínio Penha having to make a save. With a little luck, Les diables noirs's Hermínio Penha got control of the ball when Jean-Louis Ouaddou tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benny Stolle's late challenge caught a Les diables noirs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benny Stolle helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Les diables noirs getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Ermegildo Mitxel hit a great ball. Hermínio Penha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Taha Bilgiç in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steve Gabrielli in the 87th minute of play forced Beek City's goalkeeper Arian Beqaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beek City's Arian Beqaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Aspvik in the 90th minute of play. Johnny Bator who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Hermínio Penha when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Beek City's Arian Beqaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve Gabrielli in the 95th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Les diables noirs's Léopold Guiraud got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 97th minute, Dre Toeback sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Les diables noirs's Hermínio Penha didn't even have to move. Beek City succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Les diables noirs had controlled the match.
