The supporters of Paraguay booed when Twelve Ravens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierre Van Hinnendael didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacobo Nores stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bjorn Van de Weijer's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. With a little luck, Paraguay's Jacobo Nores got control of the ball when Bjorn Van de Weijer tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bjorn Van de Weijer got free with Jacobo Nores in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the game, Bjorn Van de Weijer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacobo Nores. Bjorn Van de Weijer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Bjorn Van de Weijer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Bjorn Van de Weijer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bjorn Van de Weijer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Twelve Ravens played a much better game than Paraguay and deserved their victory. The Paraguay players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
