The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Orlando Orlando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Orlando Orlando tried to sneak it across the goal line. Inocencio Felipo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 7th minute of play. Ederono Eibar hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Inocencio Felipo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 12th minute of play forced One Piece FC's goalkeeper Inocencio Felipo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Inocencio Felipo. Inocencio Felipo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Orlando Orlando struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for One Piece FC. One Piece FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Orlando Eneche in the 21st minute. The corner ended in Orlando Eneche almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. In the 22nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Orlando, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. When One Piece FC's Orlando Orlando in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the game, One Piece FC's Orlando Orlando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Venezuela:s Jonathan Ferrant showed great skill when he stopped Orlando Orlando:s penalty. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orlando Orlando to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mariano threw the ball into play from the sideline. One Piece FC's Cordeara Sanjuan quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 58th minute of the game Guillermo Mariano made a throw-in which Tomas Illescas played forward. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Inocencio Felipo made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orlando Rivera during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Orlando Rivera hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, Cordeara Sanjuan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Orlando Orlando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Orlando in the 77th minute of play. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Inocencio Felipo came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomas Illescas slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 78th minute. The audience was convinced that Orlando Orlando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After 82 minutes, Guillermo Mariano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the One Piece FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Orlando in the 84th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Orlando Orlando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Orlando, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
