Iwo Tamulewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. In the 8th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Butuc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwo Tamulewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 13th minute. Dacians Academy's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Iwo Tamulewicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iwo Tamulewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stelian Butuc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stelian Butuc saved Dacians Academy from getting behind. Iwo Tamulewicz in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Stelian Butuc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stelian Butuc having to interfere. After 62 minutes of play, Dacians Academy's Iwo Tamulewicz made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwo Tamulewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Dacians Academy's Virgill van Dijk quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Primitivo Andino, made in the 68th minute of the game. Dacians Academy's Fermin Prejun was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Manole Anghel kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, Dacians Academy could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
