Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, MOEBIO's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Delmiro Gorka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mostafa Muhammed in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmiro Gorka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aitor Tuga made a great header on MOEBIO's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delmiro Gorka saved MOEBIO from getting behind. 20 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melchor Markel. Delmiro Gorka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 27thth minute of the game Mostafa Muhammed who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 39 minutes, Guaberto Haritz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MOEBIO and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th minute, Guaberto Haritz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MOEBIO's Delmiro Gorka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 44th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mostafa Muhammed stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 54 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Markel came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agustín Saelices's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delmiro Gorka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MOEBIO made a substitution. Federico Girotti replaced Cesar Dalmai. MOEBIO's Hao Fan Chuan was substituted for Melchor Markel. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hao Fan Chuan in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Vuk Urgovski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MOEBIO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 67th minute Vuk Urgovski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vuk Urgovski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vuk Urgovski in the 78th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute Hao Fan Chuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Vuk Urgovski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vuk Urgovski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute Hao Fan Chuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vuk Urgovski in the 94th minute of the match. Despite being the better team, Ecuador failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
