The crowd rose to their feet as The Fighting Mongooses FC's Adam Kanczuszewski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lautaro Navarro. The crowd rose to their feet as Honduras's Edmundo Espiga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leszek Matuch. That made the score 3-1 after 80 minutes of play. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Kanczuszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. A collision led to The Fighting Mongooses FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Fryderyk Gamza hit a great ball. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle, The Fighting Mongooses FC could leave the field as winners, despite Honduras having more of the ball for most of the match.
