Yiğitcan İstanbullu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Luiz Fabiano Lima sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Jurassic Monsters SA's zone, Luz Tejedor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yiğitcan İstanbullu came out of the goal and Luz Tejedor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Jurassic Monsters SA getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Thomas Hasselqvist hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute Milagros Fraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğitcan İstanbullu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Kauan Cunha in the 45th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. With 46 minutes on the clock, Gilson Paranaense commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of Jurassic Monsters SA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Peru:s goal. Jurassic Monsters SA:s Yiğitcan İstanbullu showed great skill when he stopped Luz Tejedor:s penalty. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Murillo to strike the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Kauan Cunha in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Yiğitcan İstanbullu in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yiğitcan İstanbullu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Jurassic Monsters SA's Yiğitcan İstanbullu got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Jurassic Monsters SA's Luiz Fabiano Lima nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Jurassic Monsters SA were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eliézer Ramos took the corner. After taking down the ball on Jurassic Monsters SA's corner Eliézer Ramos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rolando Noboa quite easily take care of the ball. After 74 minutes, Severino Paes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jurassic Monsters SA and the Peru players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Jurassic Monsters SA's Severino Paes got a free kick in the 74th minute. Luz Tejedor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yiğitcan İstanbullu came out and tried to block the shot, but Luz Tejedor slotted it home off the left post making it 2-5 in the 83rd minute. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Yiğitcan İstanbullu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Gallo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Luiz Fabiano Lima put it in 3-5 from a short distance just to the right of Rolando Noboa. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antonio Tenorio in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yiğitcan İstanbullu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Jurassic Monsters SA's Magno do Valle in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peru's goalie prevented a goal. The Peru players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
