When Jonathan Alphonse fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haiti's protests and gave Jonathan Alphonse a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Alphonse to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Haiti booed when Milagro Sobre Césped was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Txatxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Jonathan Alphonse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Carlos Van Lint was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Haiti booed when Milagro Sobre Césped was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Rosio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Van Lint showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. If Jonathan Alphonse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Leon Txatxu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Haiti's Noel Seide got control of the ball when Teofilo Cefero tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teofilo Cefero in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Noel Seide saved Haiti from getting behind. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Cefero in the 31st minute of play. Jonathan Alphonse kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Everardo Rosio kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After 41 minutes, Aquiles Rexino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Milagro Sobre Césped and the Haiti players grew even worse after the yellow card. Philippe Ambroise sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The Milagro Sobre Césped fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when Milagro Sobre Césped's Teofilo Cefero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Teofilo Cefero put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Noel Seide. Jean Claude Ulysse hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute Leon Txatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Omar Cordairo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Milagro Sobre Césped's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Haiti the free kick. A collision led to Milagro Sobre Césped getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Omar Cordairo hit a great ball. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Txatxu in the 67th minute of the match. After 72 minutes, Ernso Constant mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Haiti and the Milagro Sobre Césped players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Ernso Constant hit a great ball. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Txatxu in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Cefero in the 77th minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Txatxu came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jean Claude Ulysse during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 80 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Jean Claude Ulysse. Teofilo Cefero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Seide having to interfere. During the 81st minute of the match Ernso Constant completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ernso Constant a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Ernso Constant kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Noel Seide didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teofilo Cefero went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Leon Txatxu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Noel Seide read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Milagro Sobre Césped's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
