Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wei Chao Yi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wei Chao Yi having to interfere. Wei Chao Yi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 9th minute of play. Deportivo el Divague's Wei Chao Yi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 14th minute of play. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Rouco got a free kick in the 21st minute. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wei Chao Yi having to interfere. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Wei Chao Yi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Alberto Tafalla took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wei Chao Yi. Wei Chao Yi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Diego Fe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joel Gaona might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wei Chao Yi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Gaona ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diego Fe to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Deportivo el Divague getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Hermengildo Txanton hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 53rd minute by Alberto Tafalla got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Deportivo el Divague's Wei Chao Yi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo el Divague from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the match, Deportivo el Divague's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Wei Chao Yi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Deportivo el Divague's Alonzo Tercero got a free kick in the 69th minute. With his leg Wei Chao Yi managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Mexico's Alberto Tafalla fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 73rd minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Wei Chao Yi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute of the match, Alberto Tafalla tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wei Chao Yi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Deportivo el Divague's Wei Chao Yi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo el Divague from getting a goal against them. When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Deportivo el Divague's goalie prevented a goal. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wei Chao Yi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Mexico played a much better game than Deportivo el Divague and deserved their victory. The Deportivo el Divague players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
