The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Valeh Cerda got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After 3 played minutes ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ got a freekick which was hit by Alisson De Gasperi. Emanuel Ocampo's late challenge caught a ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Ocampo helped the player get up and apologised. After 5 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ocampo. If Marcell Pécsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the match, Marcell Pécsi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcell Pécsi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Marcell Pécsi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Marcell Pécsi had several of the Honduras's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 20 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Lautaro Navarro as he didn't even see the shot coming. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alisson De Gasperi, made in the 23rd minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vito Amorim during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcell Pécsi in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. Marcell Pécsi kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alisson De Gasperi, made in the 36th minute of the game. Sune Rudberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Sancho in the 37th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcell Pécsi got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute, Marcell Pécsi made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 45th match minute, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcell Pécsi to maneuver through the defense. The wind increased when Marcell Pécsi made the kick off in the second half. Ivan Navarro made in the 58th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sebastian Villa. In the 61st minute, Marcell Pécsi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcell Pécsi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivan Navarro during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st match minute, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oséas Silva to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Villa was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 74th minute. Honduras's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Benito Laurin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. After 92 played minutes ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ got a freekick which was hit by Oséas Silva. In the 95th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Navarro to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Honduras players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™.
