Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luiz Eduardo Novaes started the match with the kick off. Murilo de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 3rd minute of play. Murilo de Toledo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustín Saelices went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Primitivo Andino made in the 10th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Felix Montenegro however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 13th minute of play forced Se7e's goalkeeper Murilo de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Se7e defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Murilo de Toledo. The Se7e fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Murilo de Toledo should have stopped the shot. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Murilo de Toledo. Murilo de Toledo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 26 minutes into the match, Se7e's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Murilo de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Andino scored 0-6 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Murilo de Toledo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Murilo de Toledo came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. A throw-in in the 34th minute of the game was made by Camilo Gisbert with Cristian Sancho as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Daniel Zorita put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of Murilo de Toledo. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arlindo Loureiro during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Se7e was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arlindo Loureiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Murilo de Toledo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. After some careless play in the Se7e defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Murilo de Toledo. The Se7e fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Murilo de Toledo should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-10.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Luis Andino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Murilo de Toledo. That made the score 0-11 in the 54 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 59th minute of play forced Se7e's goalkeeper Murilo de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Murilo de Toledo was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Luis Andino capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luis Andino really showed his touch with that goal: 0-12. Se7e's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Murilo de Toledo, making the score, 0-13. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Murilo de Toledo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 68th minute. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Se7e was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felippe Machado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Camilo Gisbert made in the 71st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Daniel Zorita however managed to control. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Murilo de Toledo firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 73rd minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Murilo de Toledo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-14. Se7e's Murilo de Toledo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Se7e from getting a goal against them. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-15. Murilo de Toledo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Murilo de Toledo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-16 in the ordered_time% minute. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Murilo de Toledo. Murilo de Toledo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-17. 94 minutes into the game, Agustín Saelices recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Murilo de Toledo. Agustín Saelices showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-19. After 97 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-20 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Murilo de Toledo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ecuador played a much better game than Se7e and deserved their victory. The Se7e players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
