Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) In the 12th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 14th minute of play. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cléber Palmeira in the 15 minute of the game. With an all-out effort, ADM Taquaras's Rolando Noboa threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Denílson Tepedino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeremias Moreno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rolando Noboa was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Oliver Bierhoff capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Oliver Bierhoff really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Jeremias Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milagros Fraga in the 27th minute of the match. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeremias Moreno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Jeremias Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 35th minute of play. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Oliver Bierhoff let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 38th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. Cléber Palmeira got a throw-in 41 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Daniel de Godoi. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Joaquin Prats took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeremias Moreno. Jeremias Moreno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Jeremias Moreno made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. Milagros Fraga's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jeremias Moreno firmly grabbed it by the left post. ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celsinho Perez in the 61st minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeremias Moreno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Jeremias Moreno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milagros Fraga in the 75th minute. Jeremias Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emmanuel Reyes hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Oliver Bierhoff managed to get in a good position for a shot. ADM Taquaras's supporters rose to their feet, but Oliver Bierhoff was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A sloppy throw-in by Cléber Palmeira in the 83rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Milagros Fraga. With a little luck, ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno got control of the ball when Rafael Gallo tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denílson Tepedino in the 94th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 95 minutes Peru's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Malcolm Westerberg who took care of the corner kick. ADM Taquaras's Malcolm Westerberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rolando Noboa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
