Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. Claudio Echeverri might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Echeverri ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Echeverri in the 8th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Claudio Echeverri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. Claudio Echeverri scored 2-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Ríver Late fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Ríver Late's Claudio Echeverri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geovani de Salles came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Ríver Late's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by João Francisco Silveira in the 39th minute. João Francisco Silveira made a great header on Ríver Late's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. After 40 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Claudio Echeverri took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

52 minutes into the game, Ríver Late's Claudio Echeverri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Claudio Echeverri struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ríver Late. 60 minutes into the match, Claudio Echeverri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claudio Echeverri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Ríver Late's Emiliano Gai was substituted for Rick Haremeijer. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Geovani de Salles having to make a save. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Dimas Barrientos sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dimas Barrientos in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 84 played minutes Tomas Illescas rounded Ríver Late's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 7-2. 89 minutes into the game, Ríver Late's Baran Sarka nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-2. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimas Barrientos, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dimas Barrientos in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Dimas Barrientos succeeded in the game's 95th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 9-2. Ríver Late's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
