Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toro Halland in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. After 8 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Bernabel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Dariusz Adamski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Centeno's supporters rose to their feet, but Dariusz Adamski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 33 minutes into the game, Toro Halland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Toro Halland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 37th minute, one of Centeno:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Centeno. When Toro Halland came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Centeno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Toro Halland couldn't finish the play. Toro Halland scored 0-4 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Centeno's Edgard Ovando got a free kick in the 44th minute. The Venezuela players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Centeno were winning 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toro Halland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Patricio Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patricio Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 50th minute. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 53 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. Abelardo Bernabel didn't quite understand what happened when in the 55 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. When Dariusz Adamski came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Centeno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dariusz Adamski couldn't finish the play. 60 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abelardo Bernabel. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toro Halland in the 63rd minute. Tomas Illescas scored 1-4 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ambrosio Dacio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toro Halland's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ambrosio Dacio having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toro Halland in the 83rd minute of play. Centeno made a substitution. Eugenio Ixidor replaced Abelardo Bernabel. 93 minutes into the match, Centeno's Dariusz Adamski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Toro Hallands short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Centeno's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
