Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edmundo Espiga took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the game, Herminio Nalo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Valentín Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Dominix in the 12th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Emanuel Ocampo got a free kick in the 13th minute. Deportivo de Coba's Tomás Pepillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Sancho in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Norberto Giro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florentino Dominix in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. 34 minutes into the match, Deportivo de Coba's Florentino Dominix sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Florentino Dominix got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Florentino Dominix's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Arnaldo Rafe kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Dominix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Florentino Dominix made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Luca Espinar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luca Espinar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 52 minutes, Edgard Mendiko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo de Coba and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 57th minute of play forced Deportivo de Coba's goalkeeper Tomás Pepillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentín Carvallo made in the 62nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Christian Sancho immediately put the ball in play. After 63 played minutes Deportivo de Coba got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Nalo. Tomás Pepillo made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Milagros Cabal sent off a good shot on target. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Deportivo de Coba's Florentino Dominix in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. After 82 played minutes Deportivo de Coba got a freekick which was hit by Americo Guillen. Florentino Dominix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the game, Donato Irrintzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo de Coba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Deportivo de Coba fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! Herminio Nalo hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Tomás Pepillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Villa, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Herminio Nalo made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. Norberto Giro kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. A collision led to Deportivo de Coba getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Florentino Dominix hit a great ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Deportivo de Coba were victorious despite being under pressure from Honduras for much of the match.
