Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Aquilino Umbruso. Rodeo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 10th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Umbruso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Loris Guerreiro, made in the 21st minute of the game. In the 24th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Umbruso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodeo FC's Aquilino Umbruso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 26th minute of play. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Hazım Türegün sent off a good shot on target. Loris Guerreiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Rodeo FC were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Osvaldo Loreto took the corner. The corner led Rodeo FC's Osvaldo Loreto to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hazım Türegün to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Candra Akmal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodeo FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Aquilino Umbruso, making the score, 0-4. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Pacho charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnoldo Pacho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 60 played minutes Rodeo FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Pacho. After recieving a nice pass, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Aquilino Umbruso in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute, Rodeo FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 70 minutes into the match, Rodeo FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Umbruso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 71st minute, Robertinho Lewandowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd match minute, Rodeo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robertinho Lewandowski to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute, Arnoldo Pacho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodeo FC made a substitution. Roberto Ayala replaced Robertinho Lewandowski. In the 80th minute Primitivo Andino managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. After 82 minutes of play, Ecuador's Luis Andino made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aquilino Umbruso was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 85th minute, Rodeo FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Agustín Saelices fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Melchor Mikelats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Mikelats in the 90th minute of play. With a little luck, Rodeo FC's Aquilino Umbruso got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Melchor Mikelats's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
