Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. 7 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aquilino Umbruso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 14th minute. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Primitivo Andino hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 21st minute of play forced Rodeo FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Umbruso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Umbruso saved Rodeo FC from getting behind. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aquilino Umbruso. Aquilino Umbruso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The supporters of Rodeo FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hazım Türegün in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 36th minute of play forced Rodeo FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Umbruso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Rodeo FC's Aquilino Umbruso. Aquilino Umbruso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Umbruso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Rodeo FC's Hazım Türegün dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. The Rodeo FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 1-3.

Aquilino Umbruso made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Agustín Saelices's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Aquilino Umbruso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hazım Türegün in the 58th minute of the match. If Hazım Türegün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hazım Türegün, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 70th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Aquilino Umbruso. Rodeo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Candra Akmal kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Rodeo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafino Otsoko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquilino Umbruso was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Daniel Zorita. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melchor Mikelats in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Melchor Mikelats scored 2-4 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aquilino Umbruso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 94th minute of play.
