The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gianluigi Donnarumma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquin Gayoso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Remigiusz Cisek showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Gianluigi Donnarumma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Pankowski came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. André de Queirós's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 16 minutes of play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gianluigi Donnarumma was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th minute of the game Jorge Sainz made a throw-in which Francisco Seco played forward. In the 27th minute, Alfred Pankowski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. The goal made the score 3-1. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Majachun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karol Cipinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 minutes of play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gianluigi Donnarumma was left in no man's land by his defense there! Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Remigiusz Cisek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Gianluigi Donnarumma didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-3 in the ordered_time% minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-3 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Seco made a kick off. Francisco Seco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gianluigi Donnarumma having to make a save. In the 54th minute of the match, Francisco Seco got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gianluigi Donnarumma was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Gianluigi Donnarumma made a huge save. 55 minutes into the match, Majachun's Remigiusz Cisek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute of the match Majachun got a corner. Uruguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stefan Niziolek ran over to the corner to take the kick. Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alberto Gisbert's late challenge caught a Majachun's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Gisbert helped the player get up and apologised. Alberto Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigiusz Cisek, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After having played for 76 minutes, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Escribano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gianluigi Donnarumma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 79th minute. Majachun's Gianluigi Donnarumma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 81st minute of play. Jorge Sainz charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Sainz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Francisco Seco in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gianluigi Donnarumma, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Majachun's Radomir Piglowski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jorge Sainz in the 94 minute of the game. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Majachun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilie Baican didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Majachun fans cheered their team off the field, for while Uruguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
