Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Viorel Moldovan started the match with the kick off. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timmy Kjellkvist having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, FC Hans's Viorel Moldovan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Firman Morientes. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timmy Kjellkvist having to interfere. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viorel Moldovan in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 30th minute of play forced FC Hans's goalkeeper Timmy Kjellkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timmy Kjellkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Gisbert made in the 38th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Luis Andino immediately put the ball in play. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viorel Moldovan in the 42nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Timmy Kjellkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulf Arvidsson in the 57th minute of play. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ecuador booed when FC Hans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Riguera didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Hans made a substitution. Bennvar Baadegaard replaced Ulf Arvidsson. A collision led to FC Hans getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Javier Riguera hit a great ball. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xiao Wei Yan's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. FC Hans's Emílio Pessoa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Primitivo Andino in the 71 minute of the game. When FC Hans's Xiao Wei Yan in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. 75 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Xiao Wei Yan came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Primitivo Andino in the 81st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Hans's Bertil Kalfhage. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xiao Wei Yan in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute of the game Primitivo Andino made a throw-in which Felix Montenegro played forward. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FC Hans had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
