Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Krzysztof Prus made the kick off and thus started the match. GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Stefan Pryputnicki got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan Turek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pardo in the 8th minute of the match. Stefan Pryputnicki charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stefan Pryputnicki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Bogdan Babicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was beautiful to see Paraguay's Jaime Pardo in action when he in the 13th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 15th match minute, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wincent Wierzcholek to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaime Pardo was slow to take the kick. During this time Paraguay's players had a chance to rest. In the 19th match minute, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwo Kuszczak to maneuver through the defense. Paraguay were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jaime Pardo took the corner. Jaime Pardo made a great header on Paraguay's corner, it was just that GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Jan Turek managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 23rd minute, Hector Covarrubias made a precise shot to the right of Jan Turek. GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jan Turek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 32nd minute of play. Jan Turek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Pardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Wincent Wierzcholek hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. When Paraguay's Jaime Pardo in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hector Covarrubias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Turek having to interfere. The GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Paraguay were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Pardo to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ got a freekick which was hit by Wincent Wierzcholek. After having played for 54 minutes, Hector Covarrubias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Covarrubias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Jaime Pardo came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Pardo couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd minute, Wincent Wierzcholek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan Turek was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hector Covarrubias. The supporters of GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Campos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iwo Kuszczak scored 1-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacobo Nores, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Wincent Wierzcholek got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute, Jaime Pardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Turek was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Alan Campos kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Norbert Mikulski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacobo Nores narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match was over Paraguay could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ throughout the match.
