Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Moritz Riemer started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Moritz Riemer's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 2ndth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Feodor Hecht hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. A collision led to THB Herrenalb getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Sandro Högger hit a great ball. Moritz Riemer kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willi Wolters having to interfere. Agustín Saelices blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Willi Wolters having to make a save. 24 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moritz Riemer. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moritz Riemer, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willi Wolters having to interfere. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Cristian Sancho sped through THB Herrenalb's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Willi Wolters. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willi Wolters having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Willi Wolters. THB Herrenalb's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Julio Vera acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 46th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Roberto Pöhler. THB Herrenalb's Willi Wolters played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 47th minute of play. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Luis Andino got a free kick in the 56th minute. THB Herrenalb's Willi Wolters proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save THB Herrenalb from getting a goal against them. Curt Nickel hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Willi Wolters made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 59th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Willi Wolters. Willi Wolters yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. In the 64th play minute Daniel Zorita came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Willi Wolters. 0-5. Willi Wolters made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Agustín Saelices recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Curt Nickel in the 81st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, THB Herrenalb's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Willi Wolters reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 83rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Willi Wolters could save by the left post. After 85 minutes of play, THB Herrenalb's Arne Stern made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! 89 minutes into the match, THB Herrenalb's goalkeeper Willi Wolters had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Andino. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Willi Wolters didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Ecuador played a much better game than THB Herrenalb and deserved their victory. The THB Herrenalb players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
