Willi Wolters made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 3rd minute of play. If Ignatius Tilmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, THB Herrenalb's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Willi Wolters reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Willi Wolters narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of play forced THB Herrenalb's goalkeeper Willi Wolters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, THB Herrenalb's Ludwig Müntefering got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 28th minute of play forced THB Herrenalb's goalkeeper Willi Wolters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. THB Herrenalb made a substitution. Klaus Schultz replaced Sandro Högger. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Agustín Saelices hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Ludwig Müntefering fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. A collision led to THB Herrenalb getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Klaus Schultz hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Willi Wolters in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Willi Wolters tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lutz Holtzmann in the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute Lutz Holtzmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Montenegro got free with Willi Wolters in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 78th minute. A nice corner shot did that Felix Montes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Willi Wolters quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Willi Wolters tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willi Wolters having to interfere. THB Herrenalb's Willi Wolters proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save THB Herrenalb from getting a goal against them.
